Case Analysis/Theme Development

Jurors are story builders. Developing effective storylines and themes are critical aspects of pretrial preparation.

During a trial, the jurors construct a storyline from the evidence using their life experiences. Trial Advantage can help the attorney shape that storyline by giving jurors a framework to take with them into the jury room.

Trial Advantage will help:

     Identify strengths and weaknesses

Develop storylines and themes that have impact

Decide on approaches to difficult and confusing issues

Target possible areas of juror bias

Witness Preparation

The best witnesses are those who are clear and plausible, act and speak in a credible manner, and make an emotional connection with the jury.

Trial Advantage will help the attorney reduce witness apprehension, improve delivery and boost confidence.

Supplemental Juror Questionnaires

Supplemental juror questionnaires (SJQ’s) are helpful when voir dire is limited or when the case involves sensitive issues or high profile participants.

An SJQ gathers relevant background information, life experiences, opinions and attitudes, along with knowledge about the case or parties.

Trial Advantage will design the questionnaire and condense the information into a summary sheet for use during voir dire.
